We do not sell personal information. We follow Canadian privacy principles and applicable law, including PIPEDA (the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) where it applies.
2. Website
This website does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking tools. It stores only your language choice in localStorage, under gameofview-language. You can remove it through your browser's site data settings.
3. Local extension data
Charts, settings, and simulated trading records are stored only in your browser, using IndexedDB and local storage. They are not sent to the seller's servers. You can access or delete this local data through your browser's extension data controls.
4. Binance public market data APIs
The extension receives market data directly from these public Binance APIs:
api.binance.comdata-api.binance.visionfapi.binance.com
Binance may receive your IP address and other connection information during these requests. Binance's privacy policy applies to the information it processes.
5. License verification
During license verification, the extension sends your license key and device name to the payment provider's license API. The device name contains a short browser and operating system label plus random characters. This information is used to verify the license and manage device activations.
6. Payments and order information
At checkout, the payment provider (to be selected) collects and processes your name, email address, and payment information under its own privacy policy. Once selected, its name and privacy policy will be listed on the Contact & Seller page.
The seller does not receive card information. The seller receives only the name, email address, and order information needed to confirm orders and provide support.
7. Support, access, and deletion
Support emails are used only to respond to your inquiry. To request access to or deletion of personal information held by the seller, email woowachart@gmail.com. If the law requires us to keep certain information, we will explain that limit.
The seller cannot access data stored only in your browser. Requests about information processed by the payment provider or Binance are handled under that provider's policy.
8. Children
The product is not intended for children under 13 or under the minimum age set by their country's laws. Please email us with any concerns about a child's personal information.
