Game of View1. All Sales Final
Because Game of View is software delivered as a digital license, all sales are final and non-refundable once a license key has been issued. A license key can be used immediately, and delivered software cannot be returned.
2. Before you buy
Please review the product video and screenshots on this site, the Terms of Service, and the setup steps and system requirements (desktop Chrome) before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.
3. Exceptions
Contact woowachart@gmail.com if any of the following applies. If the same order was charged twice by mistake, the duplicate charge will be refunded. If a license key is not delivered or does not work because of a problem on our side that we cannot fix, you will be refunded. Refunds are processed through the payment provider (to be selected), and the related license key is deactivated.
4. Your statutory rights and contact details
This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under the laws where you live. This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
