Game of View1. Product and terms
These terms apply to the purchase and use of Game of View, provided by LK REALTY CONSULTING INC., a corporation based in Alberta, Canada. Please read these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy before buying or using the product.
Game of View is a chart trading game played on past charts and delivered as a Chrome extension. There is no real trading or real money in the game. It does not connect to an exchange account or place real orders. A separate license fee is required to use the game.
2. Price and license
A lifetime license costs USD 250 as a one-time payment. One license key can activate up to 2 devices. You can deactivate a device and move the license to another device.
New sales may move to a subscription model in the future. Lifetime licenses already purchased will remain lifetime licenses.
3. Payment
A third-party reseller, known as the Merchant of Record, handles payments, taxes, and receipts. The payment provider (to be selected) has not been chosen yet. Its name will appear on the Contact & Seller page once confirmed. The seller does not receive card information.
4. Refunds
Because this is software, all sales are final once a license key has been issued (All Sales Final). Exceptions, such as duplicate charges or a key that does not work because of a problem on our side, are described in the Refund Policy.
5. Game results and intended users
Game of View does not provide investment advice and does not guarantee profits. Results in the game do not guarantee results in real markets.
The product is not intended for children under 13 or under the minimum age set by their country's laws.
6. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. They do not limit rights you have under applicable law.
